Candlewood Suites – Callaway, Florida

Opened July 2025.

WAI Architects served as the design firm for the newest Candlewood Suites located in

Callaway, Florida.  This project was design using the latest IHG Beacon 4.0™ Candlewood Prototype.   Located on S. Tyndall Parkway, this four story limited service hotel features the following:

• 87 guestrooms appointed with modern amenities
• Spacious with abundant outdoor views and natural lighting and modern finishes with accent feature walls at the check-in desk
• Breakfast room with coffered ceilings
• Fitness center with abundant space and natural light (spans two guestroom bays)
• Outdoor pool
